Congratulations to the people working in the kitchen, the lamb we ordered was fantastic! The salad and the empanadas, needless to say… The sangria is very refreshing. I would go back to try other dishes anyway.

Second time visiting this place. Excellent food, and always attentive service.Had chicken and chorizo epanadas, bread with crushed tomatoes and basil, slow cooked lamb, salmon, paella croquettes and crema catalana

We've been long-time fans of dining at Avida, and popped in for our usual, only to find that they'd changd the menu! The Manager explained that they'd decided it was time for a revamp - he made some recommendations, which we opted for. Great meal - loved every bite, and we'll be back again soon to see what's new on the menu this time!

This place is an absolute gem. The wonderful Spanish music and the colourful decor set the tone for the excellent food to follow. Each dish we tried surpassed the last - everything was so well prepared and perfectly seasoned. The lamb shoulder was amazing. Service was excellent too. If you are staying in the Wellington CBD, don’t wait for hours to get into those trendy spots - give this place a try.

One of the best bars I've been to.Prompt table service, a very short wait for our meals to come out.Awesome range of foreign and domestic beers, on tap and bottled.Snacks are sized for sharing, best tasting fries I've had in a long time.

My second visit for an evening meal with friends. The tapas was delicious and reasonably priced. Five of us tried everything and it was all good. Fast, friendly service. There was live music on the Thursday we were there, a bit loud but good. The restaurant was full, really lively atmosphere.

Nice food, good atmosphere and really attentive service. Especially good place to go for a drink and small share plates. Fire was going last night and it was lovely and warm.
